No cookies, no third-party tracking
This site does not set cookies and does not use third-party analytics. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only state stored is your wizard answers, which live in your browser's memory and disappear when you close the tab.
What we collect
- Email address, only when you submit one of the signup forms.
- No other personal data. We do not collect names, addresses, IP addresses, or device fingerprints.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
- We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting, or any third-party tracking scripts.
- We do not store your wizard answers anywhere. They live in your browser only.
Email signup
The signup forms send your email address to MailerLite, our email service provider, on a per-country basis (Italy, Ireland, or general "coming soon" notifications). MailerLite stores the address and sends you a confirmation email. Until you confirm, you are not subscribed. You can unsubscribe with a single click in any email we send, and you can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@descentcheck.com.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process request metadata (such as the request path) as part of serving the site. We do not use Cloudflare Analytics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled on this site.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, or deletion of any personal data we hold on you. To exercise these rights, email hello@descentcheck.com. If you are in the EEA, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
